Question: I love this puzzle and want to by one for my mom. I'm unable to calculate my shipping costs to Canada, however. I chose "Canada" and "Standard 2-4 weeks" shipping, but there must be a broken link somewhere. I am asked for my zip code and never given a shipping rate. Do you ship to Canada, and if so, what are the costs? Thanks!
