Great company!
I purchased this puzzle last year and yes, the lights and trees are challenging. I was very disappointed to find when I finished there was one piece missing. I contacted customer service and they were able to identify the cut of the puzzle from a picture I sent and send me the missing piece. I just put the puzzle back together again and this time had all the pieces! Thanks for the great support and quality of product!

Challenging and Beautiful
This puzzle was so much fun. The top of the puzzles with the lights and branches took me quite awhile to finish, I almost gave up. But, I perservered and finished it. I left the puzzle up for a few weeks after, just looking at the beauty of it. Great puzzle, and I look forward to putting it together again next Christmas. Maybe it will become a tradition.
