Missing a Piece?
You've nearly completed your newest puzzle, you've run out of pieces and, alas, there's still that empty spot for the last piece. Don't panic! From time to time, a puzzle piece or two are bound to "walk away" from your table - perhaps with a curious child, with a pesky pet, or just hooked onto a piece of clothing. If you purchased your puzzle in new and unused condition within the last twelve months, after a thorough search and no luck, we are certainly willing to replace the piece or two that are missing from your Vermont Christmas Company branded puzzle, but we will need some information from you to do so. Proof of purchase may also be needed..
Please complete and submit the form below. If additional information or proof of purchase is needed, our Customer Service Team will reach out to you. We are currently shipping replacement pieces from two to four weeks following receipt of the needed information. We ship replacement pieces via the U.S. Postal Service, so please be sure to provide an address at which you receive mail. Of course, there is no charge to replace missing pieces.
Pictures
Please send us a few pictures, including a close-up of the area where the piece is missing as well as a picture of the entire puzzle from overhead. The higher the resolution of the pictures, the better. With your pictures, we will be best able to identify and match the missing piece. See examples of the needed pictures below.
Print Code
There is a Print Code located: just above the UPC barcode on the side of the puzzle box (for example, "011119") OR on the bottom of the puzzle box (for example, "P18127"). See examples of the needed Print Code below.
